When can I check in and out?: Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in / late check-out accommodated on request when possible, typically at no charge.
How do I book?: Book direct on our booking page for the best rate. It's the same calendar you'd see on Airbnb or VRBO, with lower guest fees. Check live availability →
Where exactly are the homes?: We share each home's neighborhood and an approximate map up front. The exact address and check-in details are sent once your booking is confirmed.
What about pets, parking, or cancellations?: Policies vary a little by home. Email us with your dates and group and we'll walk you through the details for the place you have in mind.
